Sacred Grief Circle welcomes individuals with similar-lived experiences into a compassionate and healing environment to find solace in collective mourning.

Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one or processing the reality of your own approaching mortality, this safe communal space invites you to put voice to your truth, sharing your emotions however they may show up, free of judgement while processing and gaining understanding.

This monthly Sacred Grief Circle is facilitated by Nneka Denise, a trauma-informed End-of-Life Doula and Founder of the wRITE to Heal Project. On the first Wednesday of the month, Nneka encourages guests to lean into the vulnerability of their emotions throughout their grief journey. Through storytelling and various mindfulness practices, she leads and holds space with authenticity and an empathetic heart.
